Our GeekBot would like to explain our Return and Shipping policy!
Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Much like any other brick and mortar or online retailer, we are NOT able to process a refund for any merchandise which has not yet been received at our warehouse. Similar to any offline / physical store. Like any business, coming back to our store and asking for a refund for merchandise which is enroute to you or has been sent back to us following our RMA instructions, but has not yet arrived, can not be refunded. We have a no questions asked refund policy but we MUST receive the merchandise back in our possession prior to granting any refunds.
Once the merchandise has been received, inspected and tested to ensure no tampering, we will issue the refund for the order.
Returns And Refunds For Unclaimed Merchnadise, Our Policy:
We ship virtually all of our packages with a tracking number. This means that when the package is delivered to you by your postal carrier, they will require that you accept and sign for the parcel. If no authorized person is available to sign for the parcel a notice will be left, often giving the receiver an opportunity to go and pickup the parcel or to arrange re-delivery. There are however time limits on these notices imposed by your postal service. Should a package remain unclaimed, the parcel will then be returned to sender at the senders expense.
If you placed an order, the order was shipped and a notice was left but remains unclaimed by the customer, we will NOT issue any refund for the shipping to the customer and will deduct from the refund amount the costs of return to sender shipping which will be charged to us by the postal service. In these cases you will receive a refund for the entire value of the merchandise, minus the shipping charges to send the item to you and the shipping charges for the unclaimed item to be returned to us.
PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL THE MERCHANDISE FOR WHICH YOU ARE REQUESTING A REFUND HAS BEEN RETURNED TO OUR OFFICES.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
By placing your order and completing your purchase, you fully agree to our Terms and Conditions for Shipping & Returns. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
